4. AI Processing and Your Property Data
Your property photos and videos are never used to train AI models. Walkthrough media is processed solely to generate your inspection reports. We use third-party AI services (such as OpenAI) to analyze walkthrough frames. When media is sent to these services for analysis:
- It is transmitted securely via encrypted connections.
- It is used only to generate your specific inspection results.
- It is not retained by the AI provider for model training or any other purpose beyond generating your results.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
